"Lost my car key and they were amazing about getting a new door key and a chip key programmed for me; it didn't happen because my immobilizer reader was damaged, but they told me to give them a call as soon as I got it fixed! They also gave me the keys to unlock my door at least! Very friendly staff!__Edit: I forgot to post an update, but about 2 weeks after, they got my keys programmed to my car, and I was able to drive it around after 2 months of it being not drivable due to the anti-theft lock, Michael was the one who worked with me both times and he is very awesome!"

"Life savers!
Bought a car in Houston and had it trucked up to Colorado, truck arrives and the driver goes to unload the vehicle only to inform me he didn't have the keys!
Great! I live out in the country and my car is suspended above the cab of a semi with no way to move it. I called numerous locksmiths, none were interested in the drive and they wouldn't take the risk of climbing up the second story of a semi trailer!
D&B to the rescue! They completely understood this was an unusual circumstance. Climbed a ladder, programmed the key and started the car saving the day for not only myself but the truck drivers day as well.
Honestly in a day where nothing went right, D&B was the one shining example of how to run a business but more than that of stepping up to help - I won't forget that!
I'd give them 100 stars if I could!"
