"My autobody shop said I needed my car key rekeyed for my ignition. I called D & B - they came to me, examined my key, tested the ignition and determined I didn't need to get the key copied. No charge and they even drove over to my work! REALLY appreciate the honesty! Thanks guys!"

"Lost my car key and they were amazing about getting a new door key and a chip key programmed for me; it didn't happen because my immobilizer reader was damaged, but they told me to give them a call as soon as I got it fixed! They also gave me the keys to unlock my door at least! Very friendly staff!"
